These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the mvp123 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing mvp123, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay, with zero platform fees.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates are clearly stated on each promotion's detail page before activation.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended and any associated balances forfeited pending investigation.
Fraudulent activity, match-fixing, bonus abuse, and use of automated betting software are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the mvp123 Platform. Access by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. We enforce this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and reserve the right to request age documentation at any time during the lifecycle of an Account.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is designed and operated primarily for players located in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a location where doing so does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your place of access.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with mvp123 and that you are not acting under any legal incapacity, court order, or other restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
2.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, directors, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of mvp123 or its affiliated technology and service providers are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in any promotional activity on the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one Account on the mvp123 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) number. Any intentional or negligent provision of false registration information may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. mvp123 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, mvp123 will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear photographic copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) and, where applicable, a document confirming your nominated bank account ownership. We may request additional verification documents in specific circumstances. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request will result in the request being placed on hold.
3.5 Account Inactivity. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as inactive. mvp123 reserves the right to levy an inactivity administration charge of Rp 50.000 per month against inactive Account balances, after providing 30 days' written notice to the email address registered on the Account.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mvp123 supports the following Indonesian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or any payment method not listed above.
4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 10.000 for e-wallet methods and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Withdrawal minimum is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account verification tier and are displayed within your Account dashboard. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher withdrawal limits.
4.3 Platform Fees. mvp123 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge interbank transfer fees for transactions involving accounts at different institutions. mvp123 is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
4.4 Processing Times. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time in most cases. Withdrawal processing to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts takes a target of five minutes for KYC-verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing may be extended to 15–30 minutes during peak periods. All withdrawals are processed within the same WIB calendar day if submitted before 23:00 WIB.
4.5 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account represent legitimate income from lawful sources. mvp123 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
4.6 Matched Payment Methods. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless the Player requests an alternative method in writing and provides adequate documentary verification that the alternative method is held in their own name.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by mvp123 are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a Player Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to welcome bonuses range from 20x to 30x the bonus amount. The specific requirement for each promotion is displayed at the point of opt-in.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. As a general guide:
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used, or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled, within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. Standard validity period is 14 days from the date of bonus credit unless otherwise stated.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. mvp123 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil requirements without genuine risk exposure, collusion between accou nts, and registration of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. Where abuse is identified, mvp123 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any amounts withdrawn in connection with the abuse.
5.6 Promotional Changes. mvp123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, provided that changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered by a Player.
6.1 Sportsbook. All sportsbook bets placed on the mvp123 Platform — including football markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market type. These rules are accessible within the Platform's sportsbook section.
6.2 Mix Parlay Bets. Mix parlay (multi-match accumulator) bets require a minimum of three selections. If one or more selections in a mix parlay are voided due to match postponement or cancellation, the bet will be recalculated on the remaining valid selections. A mix parlay reduced to fewer than two selections by voided outcomes will be settled at the applicable single or double odds.
6.3 Asian Handicap (Voor Bola). Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled in accordance with the final result of the applicable match including any stoppage time, but excluding extra time and penalty shootouts unless expressly stated. Half-win and half-loss outcomes apply where the handicap line falls on a 0.25 or 0.75 increment.
6.4 Casino & Slot Games. All casino table games and slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles available on the Platform use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Game-specific rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are documented within each game's information panel.
6.5 Togel Draws. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published draw feeds. In the event of a data feed discrepancy, mvp123 reserves the right to delay settlement until the result is independently confirmed. Settled bets will not be reversed on the basis of a post-settlement correction unless a manifest error is established.
6.6 Voiding of Bets. mvp123 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed after the outcome was already known; (b) a manifest pricing error is identified; (c) the relevant event is cancelled and no restart occurs within 48 hours; or (d) evidence of match manipulation is confirmed by the relevant sports governing body.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mvp123 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent termination:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the mvp123 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, data feeds, and software — is the intellectual property of mvp123 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. mvp123 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
8.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. Use of those games is subject to their respective end-user terms in addition to these Terms.
9.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data by mvp123 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.
9.2 Data Accuracy. You are responsible for keeping your registered personal information up to date. Changes to your name, address, contact email, or nominated bank account details must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with supporting documentation.
9.3 Marketing Communications. By registering an Account, you consent to receiving promotional emails and in-Platform notifications from mvp123. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by updating your notification preferences within your Account settings or by contacting support.
10.1 Platform Availability. mvp123 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available on a continuous basis. However, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability, during which in-play bets already accepted will be honoured on resumption.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mvp123 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
10.3 Cap on Direct Liability. Where mvp123 is found liable for direct losses arising from a proven manifest error, the maximum aggregate liability to any single Player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the net deposit value of that Player's Account at the time the incident occurred.
10.4 Force Majeure. mvp123 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, telecommunications network failures, or cyberattacks.
10.5 Responsible Gaming Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that mvp123 cannot be held liable for any financial losses resulting from lawfully settled bets. 11.1 Suspension by mvp123. mvp123 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) we have reason to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) a fraud investigation is ongoing; (c) KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe; or (d) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
11.2 Termination by mvp123. mvp123 may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. Upon termination for cause, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method after the deduction of any amounts owed to mvp123 arising from the breach. Bonus funds will be forfeited in their entirety.
11.3 Voluntary Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Requests for voluntary closure that include a self-exclusion basis will be processed as a responsible gaming self-exclusion and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your verified payment method within five business days.
12.1 Right to Amend. mvp123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage.
12.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material amendment, you have the right to close your Account prior to the effective date without penalty, as described in Section 11.3.
12.3 Version History. The current version of these Terms is identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed in the page header. Prior versions may be requested from [email protected].
13.1 Jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. mvp123 operates under international licensing and regulatory frameworks and maintains compliance with applicable international anti-money laundering standards.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. We will provide a written final determination within 14 calendar days of receipt of a complete formal complaint.
